The Great Falls Inn is looking for a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent.
This position is a 9 hour shift from 10pm-7am two or three nights a week.
Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.

A Night Auditor serves as our guests’ first point of contact and manages all aspects of their accommodation.
Night Auditor responsibilities include registering guests, reconciling daily transactions, printing daily reports, figuring time cards for the day, getting housekeeping reports together, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
If you have a knack for customer service, are a night owl, and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests and make sure daily transaction have been recorded correctly.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform all check-in and check out tasks
* Manage online and phone reservations
* Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
* Register guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
* Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide a memorable experience when they leave
* Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
* Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
* Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
* Print daily reports and pull daily information for Night Auditor paperwork
* Reconcile credit cards
* Figure out daily hours on all time cards used that day
* Help get breakfast going in the morning.
* Pass along to managers and future shifts any needed information

* Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
* Customer service attitude
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines
