```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout all areas
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues or deficiencies
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management to continuously improve operations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a leadership role in housekeeping or custodial services, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other departments
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and products
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
