Housekeeping Cleaner

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards all common areas of the apartment complex.
The role is also responsible for cleaning units as they turn.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean carpets using appropriate equipment and techniques - Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with commercial or residential cleaning procedures is a plus - Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is beneficial - Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants in a professional manner - Experience in commercial cleaning is desirable Physical Requirements: * ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Spend 8 hours on your feet * move up and down stairs thru out the shift Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
