*Headwaters Assisted Living is a new facility in Great Falls, and we're looking for one more Caretaker to complete our team! *We are a Category A facility licensed for a maximum of eight residents, so the workload is lighter than most assisted living facilities.
We are willing to train the right person, but previous experience is preferred.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors in an assisted living facility.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting when required.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, cooking experience is a plus.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship, play games, and engage in social activities with clients.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience working with individuals with in home care for children, developmental disabilities, or elderly is preferred but not required.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or assist individuals as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
