You will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the FICO family to increase market share.

How you will do it Build relationships with existing customers while expanding growth year-over-year.
Discuss all products and services FICO offers to gain more share of wallet.
Prospect and recruit customers who fit the FICO customer profile.
Demonstrate "Why FICO" is an industry leader with the power behind it to support their facilities and business.
Assist your customer to select the best products and/or services to meet their building’s needs.
This includes coaching them on product and/or service selection, specifications/performance and application regulations specific to their building’s needs.
Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
Ensure customers participate and attend our industry-leading training classes offered by FICO.
Our service team members are best-in-class providing your customer a great resource to improve building environments.
Perform to plan.
Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for overall sales, sales calls, product mix/segmentation, as well as other metrics.
What we look for Required Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2+ years of direct outside sales experience Must be able to use Microsoft Office Travel required within aligned Montana market Self-motivated individuals with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
