Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator position requires a versatile professional with a strong foundation in human resources and exceptional communication skills.
The successful candidate will need to leverage their customer service experience, administrative skills, and effective communication abilities to support the organization's human resources functions effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Have a good understanding of GCHC policies to be able to provide employee guidance, conduct employee relations activities, and advise patients.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans, and incentive programs.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in human resources setting, preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of employment & labor law
- Experience in employee evaluation and talent management, preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and contract management
- Certifications in Human Resources, OSHA, or other relevant areas a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
