*_ *Position Title: *Montana Up Program Manager *Reports To: *Community and Family Services Director *Probationary Period: *Six Months *Position Status: *Full Time *FLSA Status: *Non-exempt *Supervises: * Direct Support Professionals (DSP), clients *Job Summary:* The primary function of the Montana Up Manager is to oversee daily operations and client training in the skill building program by maintaining production and contract securement to ensure opportunities for clients in the skill building programs.
The program manager will maintain production and administrative activities to support daily operations to include order fulfillment, inventory management, invoicing, marketing, establishing new and maintaining customer relationships, website development and maintenance and other related tasks essential to the program.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* *We are people-centered* * Ensures new staff and clients are oriented, trained and treated with respect and gratitude.
* Recruits new clients into the program.
Helps recruit new staff.
* Ensures clients are trained in basic employment skills by following program skill building steps and produce documentation for client engagement.
*We are collaborative* * Demonstrates and promotes teamwork, cooperative communication, collaborative problem-solving and responsible decision-making with team members and community partners to meet individual and program goals.
* Collects and submits data on actions related to the program.
* Manages fulfillment of online and in person orders; completes invoicing process for billing and fiscal tracking.
* Manages inventory to assure adequate stock and supplies.
* Works with interdepartmental staff to coordinate ordering equipment, apparel, other merchandise, and supplies necessary to complete contracts and merchandise orders.
* Manages the organization of workspace and storage areas including Montana Up production shop, storage rooms, store front, and janitorial supply closets.
* Maintains Montana Up website by updating products, prices, and overall view of page according to events and holidays.
* Procures contracts by marketing the Montana Up skill building program.
* Acts as the agency liaison to contracted community business partners.
* Submits reviews, data collection, and asset information annually to the Division Director.
* Reviews program contracts with the Division Director for client training and development.

* Ensures the standard of internal agency quality assurance to include accuracy of timesheets, staff supervision, training and discipline.

* Must be capable of operating various production equipment including Cricut, heat press, hand tools.
* Must understand janitorial equipment including vacuums, brooms, mops, chemicals.
* Must be dependable and reliable.
* Must have basic computer skills and be able to use all required software to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook and other software programs.
* Must have ability to problem-solve and assist in decision-making, including during emergencies.
* Must meet the criteria to be an approved driver for QLC and have reliable transportation.
* Must have the ability to work productively with multiple clients, staff and other team members in all contract and skill building programs.
*Physical Demands and Work Environment:* * Ability to accommodate alteration of scheduled hours or days off as necessary.
May require occasional weekend hours or overnight trip during events.
* Ability to function with minimal supervision and coaching within the responsibilities of the job description.
* Ability to perform repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and reaching, regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, exposure to offensive odors and behavioral incidents is likely.

* Complete all required College of Direct Supports components within agency timelines.
* Complete supervisory training when offered.
