As a key member of our team, you will:
Foster strong business partnerships and provide invaluable business insights through comprehensive financial analysis and strategic guidance for assigned area.
Lead the financial forecasting process on a rolling basis, ensuring accuracy and reliability to support informed decision-making.
Prepare compelling business cases to support key initiatives and investment opportunities, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs and drive actionable insights.
Prepare periodic financial and operational reports to give stakeholders clear visibility into our performance and progress.
Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting and strategic planning, to align with organizational goals and objectives.
To excel as our FP&A Manager, you’ll need:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Capability in challenging financial assumptions with a strong business acumen, ensuring sustainability in uncertain business cases
