Multitude is looking for a Finance Process Controller to join our Group Finance department in one of our main hubs: Malta, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria.
Outside these locations, you can join us as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the accounting systems create finance entries that are in line with country, management and group reporting requirements
Close co-operation with the business units and cross-functional teams to ensure successful projects from a financial perspective
Coordinating projects within Multitude finance team
Documenting accounting systems and related accounting processes
Planning, setting up and testing accounting processes
Co-operating with company’s data teams to improve data quality across the group
Supporting accounting and FP&A teams across the group
Skills And Experience:
Experience in accounting or in audit is a must
Fundamental understanding in accounting is required
Profound analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Capability to understand processes and their implications to accounting
Excellent skills with Microsoft office tools (specifically excel, word and visio)
Technical abilities such as understanding databases and SQL language skills are desirable
Good command of the English language
Ability to work remotely within international teams
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
An enquiring mind with willingness to learn new skills
Demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, punctuality, proactivity and professionalism
