Bravera Bank is hiring for a Private Banking Specialist in Great Falls, MT.

The Private Banking Specialist position is the Subject Matter Expert in the area of Retail Banking.
The PB Specialist is able to refer customers and have a strong understanding of products and services in Retail, Digital Banking, Commercial Lending, Bravera Wealth and Bravera Insurance.
Measures of Success Be a liaison and the “go to person” between the customer and various individuals within Bravera Bank, Bravera Wealth and Bravera Insurance.
Increase customer deposits and focus on deposit growth.
Be able to acknowledge opportunities for cross selling/referring products and services to clients, when appropriate.
Cross train, review and understand the retail, consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage banking processes, and job shadow the Private Banking Officers, Commercial and Ag Lenders, Mortgage Lenders and Digital Banking team to learn more about conversations and making recommendations to clients.

Responsible for cultivating new and existing retail & business customer relationships and ensure these clients are contacted on a consistent basis.
Make customer contacts, field inspections, and business visits.
Manage municipal accounts, top depositors, and high net worth clients.
Responsible for deposit solicitation and deposit growth.
Actively engaged in business development by calling/soliciting new and existing retail and business deposit and loan relationships.
Include branch managers, business & mortgage bankers, or other appropriate bank, wealth or insurance personnel when possible.
Actively cross sell all products to include Bank, Insurance, Wealth Management and Mortgage Banking opportunities.
Be knowledgeable on all retail and business deposit related products, cash Management services, digital banking products, and ACH processing.
Must be the “liaison” between the customer and the various individuals throughout the organization that this position will be working with.
Keep abreast of current industry trends, new programs, and regulations.
Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all business functions of the organization and with other departments.
Responsible for maximizing processes and delivery of services as they relate business customer relationship building functions.
Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
Provide guidance to Retail Department to create a culture of empowerment with customer focused decision making while keeping in mind safe and sound business practices.
Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or other related field.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years Retail or Business Banking experience; minimum 5 years of business development experience; OR an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of loan and deposit documentation.
Above-average written and personal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
