Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or comparable work experience.
Strong analytic and decision making skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written, and human relation skills.
Requires the ability to relate well to all levels of management.
Ability to function in an automated accounting environment.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Work.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently within strict time constraints and in pressure situations.
Ability to work independently.
Strong technical research and research management skills.

Maintain client confidentiality
Ability to communicate in a clear, service-oriented manner and use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information
Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients
Ability to relate with others in a professional manner to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
Duties:
Analyze and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for distribution to business leaders and the Board of Directors.
Distribute shareholder financial information to include Company financial statements and press release.
Respond to requests for participation in various surveys.
Provide Company data for financial surveys, compensation survey and US Census survey.
Daily, compile data to project company revenue levers for the current month.
This must be provided to the management committee prior to month end.
Assist in the administration of the Company stock plans.
Prepare profitability analysis and reporting for business units and individual producers.
Assist with profitability analysis of acquisition opportunities.
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
Perform incidental analysis or reviews as requested by management.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.
The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
