We are looking for bookkeeping and administrative support.
Bookkeeping/accounting duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll and financial reporting.
Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is not required, but helpful.
Administrative assistant duties will include assisting clients and answering telephones.
Bloomgren Rivera & Co offers competitive compensation, 3 weeks vacation/sick/PTO, 401K with matching, Friday afternoons off in the summer.
