Operations Controller

Description: We are seeking an Operations Controller to oversee our company's grain accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations leadership team, assisting with month-end tasks, payroll, inventory control, overseeing administrative staff, and any other tasks as needed for the success of the business.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the company's grain accounting operations • Provide support to the operations leadership team • Assist with month-end tasks, payroll, and inventory control • Oversee administrative staff and ensure smooth operations • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations • Perform any other tasks as needed for the success of the business Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
