*Responsibilities*
• Processes payroll, accounts payable and pledges receivable
• Records transactions, reconciles accounts and conducts account analysis
• Processes gift entry and donor acknowledgement letters
• Prepares financial reports for management
• Oversees restricted fund management in partnership with district stakeholders
• Maintains accurate donor records in data management system and generates necessary reports
• Facilitates requisite tax payments, 990 tax return and audit with outside accounting firm
• Greets guests, fields phone calls and provides administrative support for the office and board of directors

• Business or nonprofit work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills
• Strong computer skills and able to learn new programs
• Proficiency required in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)
• Database management experience
• Bachelor or associate degree (earned or in process)
