*Job Description* We are seeking talented sales consultants to represent the Andersen brand of quality and service; build trust and rapport with our customers quickly; and have a drive and motivation for top results.

We are seeking to expand our team of in-home sales representatives in the Great Falls area.
*Responsibilities* Unlike other sales opportunities, Renewal by Andersen utilizes traditional and non-traditional marketing to provide our sales representatives with leads.
You will be running pre-set, pre-qualified leads for clients who have expressed an interest in our products.
This means there is NO COLD CALLING or prospecting required by our sales representatives.
We provide pre-confirmed leads to you before you visit our customers’ homes.
Your role will be to visit customers in their homes, and follow our proven sales methodology to close deals and deliver on our brand promise of making this the best customer experience in the industry.
*Compensation and Benefits* You will leverage your product training and sales script, along with your consultative selling skills, to generate a 30% to 40% close ratio and an average sale of $15,000.
When you do that math, this will reward you with $150,000 to $200,000 in first years commissions.
In addition, we offer a full complement of employee benefits including health, 401k, and more! *Ongoing Learning and Development* We provide four weeks of paid training to ensure you are successful in this role.
The first three weeks are spent in the classroom, where our Sales Manager will coach you on our proven sales methodology and intensive script.
Memorizing this script and methodology is not only a requirement to graduate from training, but is also the foundation for your success.
You will also learn about our extensive product line, and vital industry information.
The fourth week of training is spent in the field running leads, going on ride alongs with veteran reps, and in classroom sessions to prepare you to be fully out on your own.
Once you’re out in the field, we will support you with ongoing coaching and training to build the skills and confidence you need in order to get the results you strive for! *Culture* Renewal’s culture is vastly different from other companies.
