Help Locating aThief (Great Falls)

Brian Hoerning cut the lock and cleaned out the storage unit he leased that was several months behind.
I believe he has moved to Oregon to be with his Mommy.
She paid the rent for this loser until she could no longer afford it.
I have his phone number but he is too much of a coward to man up and take responsibility.
Any help with locating this thief would be rewarded.
