JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to manage and evaluate the Protestant Religious Education programs for children, youth, and adults at Malmstrom AFB Chapel.
This role involves implementing a multi-faceted religious education program, managing volunteer organizations, and ensuring compliance with Malmstrom AFB's policies and procedures.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
* Develop and supervise the Protestant Religious Education curriculum and activities.
* Recruit, train, and manage volunteer teachers and staff.
* Coordinate special events such as Vacation Bible School, annual Christmas programs, and other religious education activities.
* Ensure security and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment used for religious education.
SCHEDULE OF WORK
* Part-time, averaging 15 hours per week.
Schedule flexibility is required to meet program needs and special events.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
* Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
* Contract duration is specified in the contract agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in administrating religious education programs.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
* Ability to work in a pluralistic setting.
* Knowledge of the Christian church calendar.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
